PLACING AN ORDER
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with any credit or debit card, or skip the queue with express checkout.
At least payment is the only quick and no-regrets choice you'll make on this site today.
What we do NOT accept: No bank transfers (it's not 1995) and no cash on delivery. If the courier knocks, they only want a signature, not your banknotes.
How secure is my online order?
Much more secure than you are when making decisions.
When you enter your card details, you end up on a super-armored SSL encrypted page. Your information is sent directly to the bank's network for payment approval. Your card details don't even brush past our servers, so we can't see them, store them, or even use them to go out on the town at your expense.
ORDER DELIVERY
When will my order be processed?
We're not a multinational company with drones dropping packages on your balcony in two hours. We take our time because we want to do things right. We manage and prepare every single order with a care that borders on obsessive-compulsive disorder.
It usually takes us 3 to 5 business days just to process and properly pack the order (during holidays or launch periods it might take a little longer, please be patient). As soon as the package is ready, we hand it over to the courier who will fly it to your home.
Important note: On Saturday and Sunday, our brain goes into airplane mode. We do not process or ship on weekends. If you haven't heard anything after 7 business days from payment, stay calm and write to us.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the courier takes charge of your package, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking code.
